ملتهاى شریف مصر و عراق و دیگر کشورهاى تحت سلطه منافقان باید قیام کنند و به بلندگوهاى فاسد که این جنایتکاران را مسلمان جلوه مىدهند، گوش فرا ندهند و از قدرتهاى پوشالى این خائنان نهراسند. (جلد 15 ص 61)
All the respected nations like Iraq and Egypt and other oppressed ones should rise and do not listen to the corrupted voices trying to show the hypocrite oppressors as Muslims, these nations should not fear these hollow powers

ملت مصر باید این مطلب را بداند که اگر قیام کند برخلاف این توطئهها، همان طورى که ایران قیام کرد، آنجا هم خواهد پیروز شد. ملت مصر از حکومت نظامى نترسد و به او اعتنا نکند و همانطور که ایران حکومت نظامى را شکست و به خیابانها ریخت، آنها هم بشکنند و به خیابانها بریزند و این تفالههاى امریکا را بیرون بریزند.
ملت مصر ننشینند تا این قدرت از بین رفته دوباره دست و پاى خودش را جمع کند و نفوذ خودش را بر ملت تحمیل کند. امروز روزى است که ملت مصر باید قیام کند. امروز روز ضعف دولت است و قدرت ملت.
باید قدرت را نشان دهد و اعتناى به این حکومت نظامىِ برخلاف همه موازین نکند و بشکند این حکومت نظامى را و به خیابانها بریزد و این دولتى [را] که مىخواهد با سرنیزه با اسلام مخالفت کند و به صراحت مىگوید که هرکس که به اسلام وفادار باشد او را سرکوب مىکنیم، [از بین ببرد.] این تکلیفى است براى ملت مصر، براى علمایى که وابسته به حکومت نیستند.
این تکلیفى است براى علما. علماى مصر بپا خیزند و براى خاطر خدا، از اسلام دفاع کنند. چه عذرى است براى علماى مصر که اعلام ضدیت با اسلام را- این حکومت قبل از آمدنش به سرکار اعلام کرده است که هرچه با اسلام ربط داشته باشد ما او را سرکوب مىکنیم ( ج 15 ص 285)
Egyptians should know that if they rise against the plots just like what Iranians did [against Shah regime], they also will win. Egyptians should not fear the martial law and like Iranians who stood against it by coming onto the streets; Egyptians should also break this law and go to the streets to kick this nasty Americans out
Egyptians must not stay silent because this destroyed power will again come back to its authority. Today is the time for them to rise against the power. Today is the government’s failing day and the nation’s authority day
People should show their power and must not pay attention to the martial law, they should break this law and go onto streets to destroy this regime which is against Islam and is also saying that all supporters and all the loyals of Islam will be suppressed by them! This [breaking the martial law] is obligatory for Egyptians and the clergy men who are not attached to this regime
This is a duty for the clergymen. They should rise and defend Islam for the sake of God. What excuse can they have while this regime had announced already that they would destroy everything related to Islam

ارتش معلوم نیست که با دولت باشد، مگر آنهایى که جیره خوار امریکا هستند. ارتش مصر توجه کند به اینکه اگر بخواهد پشتیبانى کند از این حکومتى که اعلام کرده است که من تابع امریکا هستم و اسرائیل و من هرکس دم از اسلام بزند او را خفه مىکنم، این ننگ را به خودش، ارتش مصر راه ندهد و مهلت ندهد تا بعد از این، باز اسرائیل بیاید و به شما حکومت کند، و اسرائیل و امریکا مقدرات شما را در دست بگیرند. ارتش عراق چه بهرهاى برد از این کار؟. (جلد 15 ص 286)
Today Egyptian nation’s power is in its own hands.. even it is not surely true that army will support the government else they are in need of Americans. Egyptian army must be careful, they should not accept this shame of supporting a regime which is saying it is following Americans and Israelis and also is claiming that it will choke any one who is speaking of Islam. Egyptian army should not let Israel come back and rule over you again. What did Iraqi army gain out of it?

و من امیدوارم که ملتهاى دیگر هم توجه بکنند و اقتدا بکنند به این ملت ایران. ملت مصر اعتنا نکند به این حکومت جائرى که اعلام مىکند که ما هرکس اسم از اسلام ببرد سرکوب مىکنیم. بدانند که اسلام در مصر در خطر است و واجب است بر زن و مرد مصرى که قیام کنند و این حکومت فاسد را، که از اول اعلام جنگ با اسلام داده است، سرکوب کنند (جلد 15 ص 318)
And I hope that other nations pay attention too and learn from this Iranian nation. Egyptians should not care of the words of this unjust government who is saying that Islam supporters will be suppressed. You should know that Islam is in danger there in Egypt so it is mandatory for women and men to rise and suppress this corrupted regime which is fighting against Islam
